90-Day Consistency Guarantee
Hair and scalp care takes time and consistency. If you are not satisfied with your first order, please contact us within 90 days of delivery at support@mymelaninhair.com.
To help us review your request, we may ask for:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of your concern
- Photos of the product, if needed
This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only and is limited to one refund per customer or household.
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Returns
Due to the personal care nature of our products, opened or used items may not need to be returned. In some cases, we may request photos or additional information before approving a refund or replacement.
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@mymelaninhair.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
